Job description

Desired experience for includes:

At least 5 years of application support for smart phones

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Bachelor's degree in BS Information Systems or Bachelor's degree in Business

Experience and proficiency with Macs

Minimum of 3 years of experience in at IT role (ideally a support role)

In-depth knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Windows 7 and Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and conferencing applications

Highly skilled with mobile Technology (iPhone, iPad)

Job description for IT Executive:-

1. Responsible for IT Infrastructure Maintenance

2. Responsible for Installation and technical Support for hardware & software.

3. Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management

4. Responsible for Help Desk Management

5. Responsible for Configuration and troubleshooting for Users

6. Responsible to Network Administration

7. Responsible for Server Management & Maintenance

8. Managing & Supporting internal Audits as per SOP's

9. Responsible for Reporting of incidents & Resolution TAT

10. Responsible for Managing POS, Screen display, EDC machine and Kiosk management

QUALIFICATIONS: (List the academic/professional education/training, experience, skills/competencies)

EDUCATION: Graduation /Post Graduate with certificate course or diploma in hospitality/Hotel Management

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years in a similar role in a reputed organization in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.

Proficiency in using MS Office
