IT Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities:System & Network Management:

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and security, resolving any connectivity issues.
• Perform system backups and data recovery as needed.

Software & Application Support:

• Install, update, and maintain software applications used in the company.
• Support ERP, CRM, and inventory management software specific to the jewelry industry.
• Coordinate with vendors for software updates and IT-related purchases.

IT Security & Compliance:

• Implement and monitor IT security measures to protect company data.
• Ensure compliance with data protection policies and IT best practices.
• Manage access control, user permissions, and cybersecurity awareness programs.

Technical Support & Training:

• Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in setting up new workstations and configuring systems.
• Train employees on IT tools, best practices, and security protocols.

Other Responsibilities:

• Keep IT inventory records updated.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve IT processes.
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and networking concepts.
• Experience with ERP software (preferred in the jewelry industry).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
