IT Executive

Overview

• Manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the property, including network connectivity, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems.
• Ensure all systems are secure and operational.
• Respond to IT-related issues and requests.
• Research and develop new systems and technology solutions to improve hotel operations.
• Establish best practices for IT security.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and assistance to guests and staff.
• Participate in continual professional development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in at IT role (ideally a support role)
• In-depth knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Windows 10 & 11 and Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and conferencing applications.
• Highly skilled with mobile Technology (iPhone, iPad)
• At least 5 years of application support for smart phones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
