The IT Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the IT Team with all its members, processes and deliverables. This role is responsible for handling internal and external network and server-based issues that arise from day to day and within specific established SLAs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Deliver IT support including troubleshooting, repairing, and working with computer hardware and software.

· Respond to and resolve IT Service Desk incidents in a timely and appropriate manner.

· Conduct regular IT business audits and escalate IT issues to the appropriate parties, as needed.

· Support LANs, WANs, network segments, internet, software, hardware, and intranet systems.

· Automate and deploy installation of software and configuration.

· Maintain data center and environment and monitoring equipment.

· Perform root cause analyses on major incidents and IT crashes, and develop recovery plans

· Order, track, and install IT-related orders for the building. This could include computers, cameras, flash drives, toner, and any other technology-related item.

· Work cross-functionally with a variety of US-based clients to meet their IT needs and complete IT requests.

Education & Other Requirements:

· Strong hands-on L2 level experience on Network Hardware like HPE Aruba/Cisco- Routers, Switches, & Wireless.

· Good Knowledge of L2, L3 Protocols for IP Networks e.g. VLAN, PPP, ICMP, ARP, NA, QoS, etc.

· Sound knowledge of the OSI layer model, TCP/IP protocols, Subnetting, VLANs CSMA/CD.

· Sound knowledge of switching technologies like ST, Port Security, Inter VLAN routing, Load balancing, etc.

· Strong practical knowledge of network concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, network protocols, port configuration, link aggregation, spanning tree optimization, and performance tuning. Network & Wireless engineering experience with 1-2 years Experience.

· Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012, 2016, Active Directory Services as well as computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

· Admin level knowledge of Apple Mac computers, iCloud, and associated desktop tools, as well as Mobile platforms such as Apple iOS and Google Android.

· Admin level knowledge of Google and Microsoft Security, Mobile devices and Productivity products including email, calendar, docs, worksheets, video, cloud drives, etc.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
