Overview

Role & responsibilities

• Offer technical assistance for desktop, laptop, point-of-sale (POS) systems and printer hardware and software, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including CCTV camera setups, internet connectivity and software utilized in meeting rooms.
• Supervise the procurement and inventory management of IT assets and associated accessories.
• Perform routine IT visits for system upkeep and resolution of emerging issues.
• Provide support for Biomatrix devices, managing user configurations and transfers as needed.
• Administer mobile services and address network-related concerns.
• Implement and manage antivirus policies and applications.
• Create requests for quotation (RFQ), process invoices and coordinate IT asset management within ERP systems.
• Deliver assistance for UPS-related issues ensuring continuous operational functionality.
• Aid in the installation and resolution of problems related to digital signage systems.
• Maintain a log of service calls and ensure compliance with warranties for POS, printer and UPS systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have completed 12th, preferably with a certification, diploma or course in IT.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is required.
• Proven IT support and administration experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
• Strong grasp of networking principles including Wi-Fi, internet setup and system configuration.
• Efficient task prioritization and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Should be open to travel as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
