IT Executive

Overview

• Provide first-line IT support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various IT systems.
• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Document IT issues, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles for users.
• Develop and conduct training programs for employees on IT tools, software applications, cybersecurity, and best practices.
• Assist with IT onboarding for new employees, including system setup and training.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection regulations.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system reliability.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support and user training roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user training.
• Ability to develop user-friendly training materials and documentation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
