IT Executive

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Executive with 1-2 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. As part of the IT team, you will also provide technical support and resolve issues to ensure smooth functioning of daily business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for the employees, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in setting up new equipment and software installations.
• Ensure data security and backup management for critical systems.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize and improve IT processes and operations.
• Monitor IT resources to identify potential issues and take proactive measures.
• Assist in maintaining and upgrading software applications, including ERP systems.
• Handle user access control and permissions for various systems and platforms.
• Keep up with technological trends and innovations to suggest improvements to the IT infrastructure.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.
• Good understanding of IT security and backup strategies.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and other departments.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
