IT Executive- CCTV Operator

Overview

• JOB REPOSIBILITIES: -
• Calls Coordinating and Registering.
• Will involve in the following areas as per the direction of Sr. Manager-IT/Manager-IT.
• Hardware and Software calls registering.
• Hardware Pending Calls Co-ordinating.
• Co-ordinating with Vendors / AMC Providers / Service Providers for support.
• Hardware Stock maintenance.
• Internet Mailing.
• Maintaining the access of user IDs for doctors and staff.
• Providing remote support for hardware and software related problems.
• Assisting the programs conducted in the hospital auditorium or outside.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
• Looking after the hardware & networking system in the organization.
• To assist the reporting head in different activities, as and when directed from time to time.
