IT Executive - Rotational Shift
Prahlad Nagar , Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 CTC (Depending on experience and interview performance)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of networking, hardware, and software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Monitor network performance, perform analysis, and oversee the installation and configuration of network components.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain network security, ensuring the integrity and safety of data.
- Configure routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party network management tools.
- Manage IT assets, including laptops, desktops, chargers, and mice.
- Oversee and manage call software.
- Configure and maintain email systems (OST and PST).
- Liaise with external vendors regarding the company website.
- Manage user permissions on Google Drive and Cloud, assigning and deleting users, as necessary.
- Assemble, disassemble, and repair IT hardware.
- Conduct IT induction training for new employees.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in network administration and IT support.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies.
- Experience with configuring routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Knowledge of email systems (OST and PST).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Drive and Cloud.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
