Job Role : IT Executive
Job Location : Pune (Local resident preferred)
Qualification : Graduate any discipline, Min PG Diploma in IT Software and Networking Experience : Overall 3-6 years, preferably worked in large F&B Company IT department with F&B Business understanding.

Responsibility :

• Knowledge and experience in handling F&B Retail Software including Inventory Management
• Experience to Diagnose and Troubleshoot above software
• Technical and User Support for above software
• Knowledge and experience in Diagnose, Troubleshoot and repairing hardware – POS, Bill Printer, Cash Drawer, Desktop, Laptop, Network Printers
• Knowledge and experience in managing Network Infrastructure that includes but not limited to ISP, Firewall, Network Switches, LAN/WAN/WiFi, Routers etc.
• Knowledge and experience in managing Operating systems
• Knowledge and experience in managing Office 365 products (Eg. Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience to plan, manage and execute tasks
• Knowledge and experience to manage internal and external users and Vendors
• Experience in daily monitoring to smoothen IT functions across site
• Experience in handling remote sites to support IT functions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
