We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of industry experience to lead our Salesforce development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring system integrity, and optimizing business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive innovation through Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development & Customization
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
• Customize and configure standard Salesforce features such as Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Objects.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
• Solution Architecture & Design
• Architect scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead data modeling, security model implementation, and performance tuning within Salesforce.
• Maintain and improve the CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce deployments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and best practice enforcement.
• Salesforce Administration & Governance
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce security, compliance, and data governance.
• Optimize existing processes through automation and enhancements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and resolve technical issues.

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech
• Salesforce Platform Developer certifications (preferred).
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
• Expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, OWDs, Sharing Rules).
