As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across hardware, software, and networks.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Engineer with expertise in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, and network systems. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in hardware repair, security implementation, and IT project execution while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware & System Maintenance:

Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, and other IT hardware.

Perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth system operations.

Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and peripherals.

Network & Infrastructure Management:

Implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.

Diagnose and resolve network issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other protocols.

Manage and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.

Technical Support & Security:

Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware/software issues efficiently.

Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data and IT systems.

Monitor for security breaches, respond to cyber threats, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

System Upgradation & Project Management:

Ensure timely upgradation of systems and software for optimal performance.

Participate in IT projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.

Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and cybersecurity technologies.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems quickly.

Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in system failures and IT security threats.

Communication & Collaboration Skills:

Ability to provide technical support and communicate solutions effectively.

Strong documentation skills for maintaining IT procedures and system logs.
