Overview
Job Description
IT Support
Respond promptly to IT support requests via helpdesk systems, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and
accounts.
Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or external vendors as needed.
IT Asset Management
Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
Track and document the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, allocation, and
disposal.
Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing agreements, and regulatory
requirements.
Perform periodic audits of IT assets and update the asset management database.
Collaborate with procurement teams for the purchase and renewal of IT assets.
Network and Security
Assist in maintaining the integrity and security of company networks.
Support implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including updates
and patches.
Ensure secure disposal of IT equipment and sensitive data.
Collaboration and Documentation
Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for
improvement.
