IT Engineer

Overview

• Design, install, and configure IT systems including servers, network infrastructure, and software.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are implemented and maintained.
• Troubleshoot network issues, providing resolutions to maintain optimal uptime.
• Provide hands-on support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage the IT helpdesk system, ensuring that all service requests and incidents are logged, prioritized, and addressed promptly.
• Install and configure hardware, including computers, printers, network devices, and other equipment.
• Update and patch software and firmware as required to maintain security and system performance.
• Manage system backups and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and security.
• Implement security measures to protect IT infrastructure from unauthorized access, malware, and other potential threats.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support various IT needs, including project management and the integration of new software or hardware.
• Document procedures, configurations, and network architecture for future reference and compliance.
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continually enhance IT systems and practices.
• Recommend improvements to infrastructure for better scalability, efficiency, and security.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
