IT Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting software problems, and maintaining the company websites. If you are a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for providing excellent IT support, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Ensure the company website is up-to-date, functional, and secure.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Document technical processes, issues, and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:.

• Education : BCA / ITI or Equivalent work experience or certifications may also be considered.(Freshers can Apply)
• Experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar role .
• Strong knowledge of printer setups, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge network configuration is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of website maintenance and content updates.
• Experience web Hosting services like Godaddy, Cpanel etc is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
