Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Work Experience: 0 - 1 Year

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or project experience in IT support or coordination is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and frameworks.
