Key Responsibilities

• Optimize IT Infrastructure – Ensure smooth operation of CRM, data management, and investment tracking systems
• Enhance Digital Security – Implement best cybersecurity practices to safeguard sensitive investor data
• Automate & Streamline Operations – Identify and integrate tech solutions to improve workflow efficiency
• Support Sales & Marketing Tech Stack – Manage and enhance lead management systems, AI chatbots, and automation tools
• Data & Analytics – Work with the finance and investment teams to optimize data reporting & visualization
• IT Support & Troubleshooting – Provide technical assistance to team members to minimize downtime
