Phenom People is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Configuration Analyst II to join our growing team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As an IT Configuration Analyst II, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our company's IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What you have to do

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain company's IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to IT systems and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT solutions and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and processes
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT systems and processes
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed

What you've done

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Configuration Analyst, preferably with a focus on IAM and SSO.
• Strong knowledge of protocols like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Ws-Fed, and Kerberos.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Proficiency with IAM tools such as OneLogin, Okta, and Google SSO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
