Citibank® Commercial Cards offers Card-based payment solutions to large corporations and federal and state governments for the procurement of goods and services as well as travel, entertainment, and fleet related expenses. Commercial Cards' strategic objective is to compete and differentiate on the basis of global capability and customized solutions for high-value customers.
Role Description:
The successful candidate will interact with the Development Project Manager, the Solutions team, Product team, the development, testing, and production support teams for TTS Commercial cards Platforms. He/she requires exceptional communication skills across both technology and the business and will have a high degree of visibility.
The ideal candidate will be dependable and resourceful Business Analyst who can comfortably work in a large team in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration. The ability to work in high pressured environment is essential.
Detail Role Specifications & Requirements
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience working on VisionPlus or credit cards projects.
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Credit cards domain (bankcard settlement and chargeback process, Credit Management System)
- Commercial Cards business domain knowledge a significant plus
- Experience in working on a large scale global projects
Technical / Functional Proficiency:
- Experience in working with Credit Management System, Authorization, Networks, Compliance and Fraud process is preferred.
- Good Knowledge of Digital Channels like Wallet, Contactless, Virtual Cards on Mobile etc.
- Good knowledge of association Formats and processing methodologies. Experience in ensuring Cards compliance and regulatory activities, statutory requirements laid by local country regulatory bodies.
- Must have experience in Microsoft tools, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
- Excellent functional and product solution/design skills on Core Credit Cards VisionPlus modules
- Good knowledge on end to end cards features and across all applications
- Excellent documentation skills in preparing business requirement, functional specs/design, use case and functional flow documents.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and structured systems analysis and design
- Responsible for interacting with the business, technology teams, partner systems and card processors in understanding business functionality / requirements
- Capable of knowledge gathering / reverse engineering existing functionality of application platforms through interaction with users and technical teams
- Effectively documenting functionality and requirements for use by technology teams
- Communicating functionality and requirements effectively to development teams
- Support functional design preparation and review with technology teams
- Assist testing teams in preparation and reviews of functional test scenarios
- Experience in delivering Solution Design and Process flows
- Provides all required status updates to project team, users, and various levels of management as appropriate
Leadership Skills:
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Experience in Financial industry i.e. Credit Cards
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly
- Process focused to ensure efficiency, compliance and control
- Good knowledge on productization and global code base
- Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement.
