IT Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst for our newly launched product TIM 2.0 and other projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and lead the ERP sales platform.
• Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices.
• Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior.
• Good understanding of technology stack and N-tier architecture, UX, UI, services, business workflow, database, and SQLs.
• Experience in agile, for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams. Achieve a high level of performance and quality, and deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
• Must be able to walk other users through the software as a form of testing to showcase how the solution would work in a real-life situation.
• Must be able to clearly document both operational and technical solutions to ensure stakeholder understanding and acceptance.
• Will be handling a team of Developers and Testers, and must be able to track their work and make sure work is done on time and verify the accuracy.

Qualifications and Education

• B.Tech plus MBA with tech sales experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a Business Analyst/Project Management role with Tech sales.
• Candidates with an Entrepreneurship mindset are required.
• Solid understanding of technology. Preferably experience working as an engineer.
• Experience with Agile techniques such as specification for example, activity diagramming, block diagrams, flow charts, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills (active listening, verbal and written)
• Strong knowledge of relational database models and SQL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
