Job Summary
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency with SQL for Database Management and Data Visualization. Partnering with Digital Delivery Teams and Business Functions to Gather Business and Technical Requirements, Analyze Processes for Development, Testing, and Delivery of Digital Solutions. Proficiency in Business Analysis Tools and Techniques. Execute Special Projects and Provide Project Management Support for Adoption of Digital Products. Experience with Application Modernization, Hosting Types and a High level understanding of Cloud Native Patterns Experience with Helpdesk Processes Experience with ITIL Practices or Other Service Management Frameworks Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Project Management Methodologies. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g.-CBAP, CCBA). Familiarity with Agile and Scrum Methodologies. Experience in Data Management and Visualization.
