Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities to work closely with clients, team leads, and software architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs.
• Prepare and maintain key documentation, including:
• Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
• Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
• Change Case Documents
• Design flowcharts and process flow diagrams using Lucidchart.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations and ensure smooth communication.
• Work closely with Team Leads (TLs) and Software Architects to ensure seamless software development.
• Have a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies to support project execution.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Strong experience in requirement analysis, documentation, and change management.
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams using Lucidchart.
• Excellent client interaction and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Team Leads, Software Architects, and Development Teams.
• Basic technical understanding of software development cycles and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and SDLC processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in software implementation projects.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Excellent English Communcition requires

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
