IT Business Analyst - Semiconductor Distribution Channel Management CRM Solutions

Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Understand, document, and analyse business processes in semiconductor distribution, including supply chain, inventory management, channel management, order and invoice processing
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Business process and IT landscape to gather business requirements for the semiconductor distribution channel and translate them into requirements towards IT
- Propose IT solutions and system enhancements that align with business goals, improve productivity, and address pain points in the distribution channel
- Lead and support the implementation of IT applications specific to semiconductor distribution; provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support
- Oversee data integration, analysis, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and availability to support business decision-making
- Provide support for existing pricing and quoting applications, addressing any system issues, implementing upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance
- Develop and enable test plans to validate that pricing and quoting solutions meet business requirements and maintain high standards of quality and reliability. Enable test automation to reduce manual overhead for repetitive testing
- Follow best practices for quality assurance for IT solutions, test management as well as operational tasks Document system configurations, processes, and training materials, and provide training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of pricing and quoting solutions.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years as an IT Business Analyst, with specific experience in Distribution channel management applications for the semiconductor or high-tech industry
- Proficiency with Distribution Channel Management software and ERP systems commonly used in the semiconductor industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MSD, SAP CRM, ModelN) and their integration with ERP systems. Additional experience with applications such as Salesforce, Vendavo, Vistex is a plus
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and an understanding of margin analysis and revenue forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives focused on Distribution Channel Management Knowledge of industry best practices in semiconductor distribution.
