IT Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior IT Analyst / Business Analyst to support our customers by performing data analysis and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, including dashboards, pivot tables, and macros, and will play a crucial role in streamlining our processes and enhancing our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data for our customers and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, pivot tables, and other analytical tools to present data effectively.
• Create and run Excel macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver relevant analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical or data-related issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level: dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of IT support systems or ticketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python or SQL) is a bonus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
