Job Description

The person hired for the position of Tax IT Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of key Tax reporting in a new SAP S/4 ERP environment and related boundary applications. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical and technical skills and will design best practice IT solutions in close collaboration with business counterparts.

• Execute and deliver Tax Solutions to Healthcare Tax through the leadership of process design and configuration, that meet defined global business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with business and IT colleagues in the design, development, testing and delivery of Tax solutions.
• Support the design, creation, testing & documentation of the configuration of Tax solutions to support global business requirements and performance goals.
• Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the Tax solutions technical architecture in assigned areas.
• Work with Healthcare areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirements.
• Provide knowledge and expertise on current processes and procedures.
• Ensure the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operational requirements.
• Lead and/or participate in design workshops representing a process or subprocess for a region or BU.
• Identify and help resolve design issues, participate, and provides critique for design reviews.
• Advocate recommended process design changes within their process community.
  
  

Skills & Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university
  
  

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years Industry experience
• 4 years of information technology experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• 4 years of experience designing, configuring, implementing, or supporting Tax reporting in a global SAP environment
  
  

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience producing business process and configuration functional design documentation.
• Experience supporting integrations.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Educational or professional background in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with international or global ERP deployments, especially SAP S/4Hana
• Experience with Alteryx and SAP DRC module
