Overview
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, focusing on ERP systems and related applications.
- Administer and support ERP software (e.g., SAP, Progen, Microsoft Dynamics, Soham, etc.).
- Generate MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth and seamless integration of ERP software with other internal systems.
- Provide technical support to ERP end-users, troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
- Perform routine ERP system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Monitor system performance, perform audits, and ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure ERP software meets business needs and helps streamline workflows.
Implement and maintain ERP system customizations and configurations as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
