IT Administrator (Hardware & Software)

Overview

We are seeking a Computer Maintenance Technician to manage the IT department. To ensure success as a Computer Maintenance Technician, you should possess extensive experience in Hardware & software maintenance. An accomplished Computer Maintenance Technician will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Must have knowledge of Firewall management.

· Good with assembling & maintaining High-end Gaming Pc’s.

· Excellent knowledge of networking & trouble shooting.

· Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

· Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

· Creating user accounts and performing access control.

· Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

· Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.

· Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.

· Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in Hardware & software maintenance.

. Must have knowledge of Pc & Laptop repairing.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.

· At least two years' experience in a similar role.

· Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and hardware.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
