IT Administrator

Overview

The IT Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, and healthcare-specific applications. This role ensures that the hospital's IT systems operate effectively and securely to support clinical, administrative, and patient-care functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network and Infrastructure Management
• Systems Administration
• Healthcare IT and Application Support
• Coordinate with vendors to manage application updates, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Work with clinical staff to ensure applications meet healthcare standards and regulatory compliance.
• Cybersecurity and Compliance
• IT Asset and Vendor Management
• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and warranties.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in IT administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in network and systems administration.
• Familiarity with healthcare applications
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations
• Excellent problem-solving
