Job Description

The IT Administrator, with 3+ years of experience, manages the organization’s technology infrastructure, overseeing servers, networks, and software applications while providing user support to enhance efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Location : Bangalore

Key Requirements

Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and related software applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues such as server crashes, network connectivity problems, and software errors.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access, viruses, and other cyber threats.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support technology initiatives and projects.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in system administration to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including training and troubleshooting assistance.
Proven experience as a System Administrator or Database Administrator, with a focus on SAP HANA database administration.
