Job Description:
We are hiring an IT Support / Network Engineer to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate should have basic IT knowledge and be eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Install & configure Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Handle LAN, WAN, routers, and switches issues.
- Manage user accounts, email setups, and Active Directory.
- Perform system updates, patching, and security checks.
Requirements:
✅ Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting).
✅ Experience with Windows, iOS, and Linux.
✅ Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
✅ Good communication & teamwork skills.
