Pupa Clic is a 12-year nearing Web, App, and IoT development IT firm that caters to the development of Mobile Apps, Web Apps, and Smart Electronics (IoT) as a service to clientele. From product development to technology management, we’ve become outsourced CTO’s and to many firms in the US, Singapore, India, UAE and Japan as a task force for tech. We comprise of professionals updating themselves in cutting-edge technologies from Machine Learning, Block Chain incorporation, and the latest code stacks there is, and have closed to date 425+ Projects with Enterprises, SME’s and Startups.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various office devices, including iPhones, Macs, and Windows laptops, ensuring their optimal functionality and security. Additionally, the IT Administrator will handle the management of our IT infrastructure, overseeing services such as AWS S3, SES, CDN access, and SSH for cloud Linux instances.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of iPhones, Macs, and Windows laptops.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all devices and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including AWS S3, SES, and CDN services.
- Manage access to SSH for cloud Linux instances, ensuring proper security protocols are followed.
- Continuously monitor the performance and availability of IT systems and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
- Generate regular reports on device status, infrastructure health, and system performance for management and stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- Implement remote management solutions to efficiently handle devices and infrastructure from a central location.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address cross-functional IT needs and ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role with a track record of effectively managing office devices and IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of iPhones, Macs, Windows laptops, and their configurations in a business environment.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, SES, and CDN, and hands-on experience with cloud Linux instances.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices for device and infrastructure protection.
- Proficiency in remote device management tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and reports.
- A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
