Overview

Job Title: IT Administrator (Fresher,0- 1 year experience)

Job Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities:

• System Management: basic level Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure systems,
• Network Administration: Basic troubleshooting for internet.
• Software Installation & Updates: Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems
• User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Backup Management: Assist in the execution and management of backup systems and ensure data integrity and security.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software configurations, system logs, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff and other departments to improve system functionality and user experience.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other common IT tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualities:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving IT issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
