- Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Ensure proper functioning of email servers, file servers, and databases.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
- Monitor and maintain firewall, antivirus, and backup systems.
- Conduct security audits and implement necessary safeguards.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist in training staff on IT tools and systems.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Monitor network and system performance, optimizing as needed.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans.
- Procure and configure hardware (computers, printers, network devices).
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
