IT - Hardware & Network Engineer

Overview

Minimum Experience 1 to 5 Yrs.

Age Limit-22 to 34 Yrs.

Salary Package: 20 k to 25 k /Month.

Should have good Exposure in IT Hardware Construction of IT Firms/Industries

Should be ready to travel to Coimbatore & Work Sites Crosscut Road, Race Course whenever required.

Reporting Office: Coimbatore – Sundarapuram.

Roles & Responsibilities

? Install and configure computer hardware components, including CPUs, memory, hard drives, and

peripherals.

? Set up and connect network hardware such as LAN, Firewall, routers, switches, and wireless access

points.

? Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues reported by end-users.

? Investigate and troubleshoot problems with desktops, laptops, servers, and other hardware devices.

? Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and hardware to ensure optimal performance.

? Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, configurations, and repairs.

? Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related problems.

? Implement security measures to protect hardware assets and sensitive information.

? Hardware vendors to obtain technical support and warranty services.

? Implement and monitor backup solutions for critical hardware components.

? Utilize remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

? Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address hardware-related issues that may

impact overall system performance.

? Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

Skills & Sets

? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.

? Good understanding of the Network Flow structure for corporate office & Retail Showroom &

Factory.

? Cisco Certified Network Professional & Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) added advantages.

? addressing the concerns in a timely manner while adhering to the agreed-upon SLA.

? Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
