Post: IT-Networking Executive.

Minimum Experience-2 to 4 Yrs.

Age Limit-25 to 30 Yrs.

Salary Package: 20 k to 25 k /Month

Should have good Exposure in IT Hardware Construction of IT Firms/Industries

Should be ready to travel to Coimbatore & Work Sites Crosscut Road, Race Course whenever required.

Reporting Office: Coimbatore – Sundarapuram.

Roles & Responsibilities

§ Install and configure computer hardware components, including CPUs, memory, hard drives, and peripherals.

§ Set up and connect network hardware such as LAN, Firewall, routers, switches, and wireless access points.

§ Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues reported by end-users.

§ Investigate and troubleshoot problems with desktops, laptops, servers, and other hardware devices.

§ Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and hardware to ensure optimal performance.

§ Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, configurations, and repairs.

§ Provide technical support to end-users for hardware-related problems.

§ Implement security measures to protect hardware assets and sensitive information.

§ Hardware vendors to obtain technical support and warranty services.

§ Implement and monitor backup solutions for critical hardware components.

§ Utilize remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

§ Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to address hardware-related issues that may impact overall system performance.

§ Stay updated on the latest hardware technologies, trends, and industry best practices.

Skills & Sets

§ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.

§ Good understanding of the Network Flow structure for corporate office & Retail Showroom & Factory.

§ addressing the concerns promptly while adhering to the agreed-upon SLA.

Good communication skills.
