IoT Test Engineer & Technical Support Trainee

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate IoT Test Engineer & Technical Support Trainee to join our team! This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build expertise in hardware testing, manual testing, and automation testing for IoT devices. You will get hands-on experience with real-world embedded systems and work closely with our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in hardware testing of IoT devices, sensors, and embedded systems.
• Conduct manual testing to verify device performance, stability, and reliability.
• Support the development and execution of automation test scripts.
• Learn to use tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers for debugging.
• Work with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Document test cases, findings, and improvements.
• Provide technical support for IoT hardware & software issues
• Assist clients with device setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Work with R&D teams to improve product stability & performance
• Maintain technical documentation and assist in customer training

Qualification:

• Fresh graduates B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields).
• Basic understanding of IoT devices, embedded systems, and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Writing test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of sensors, microcontrollers, and electronic circuits.
• Passionate about hardware testing, automation, and connected technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
