The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled iOS Developer to lead the next generation of the Barsys app. This is more than a development role—it’s a chance to shape a seamless, joyful experience at the intersection of robotics, personalization, and mobile UX.

You’ll be responsible for building intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences that integrate deeply with our smart devices and data platform. We’re looking for someone who can think like a designer, move like a product hacker, and build like an engineer—using next-gen tools like Same.dev and Lovable.dev, and intuitive approaches inspired by vibe coding.

This role is perfect for someone who codes with instinct, iterates rapidly, and is passionate about delivering polished, delightful mobile experiences that connect the physical and digital world.

Responsibilities

• Own and accelerate the development of the Barsys iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Build intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that reflect the premium nature of the Barsys brand.
• Integrate with Barsys’ connected devices via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, enabling seamless real-time control and personalization.
• Use AI-accelerated development tools like Same.dev and Lovable.dev to shorten development cycles, generate design-accurate code, and prototype full-stack features.
• Apply modern development techniques including principles of vibe coding—an instinctive, design-led, and exploratory approach to building consumer apps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, design, content, and brand to ensure every app feature supports the overall user experience.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, maintainability, and accessibility.
• Stay ahead of the curve on iOS trends, design paradigms, and new technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong understanding of the Apple ecosystem, HIG, and modern app architecture.
• Experience building and shipping consumer-facing mobile apps with beautiful UI/UX.
• Familiarity with Bluetooth, device integrations, or real-time app interactions is a strong advantage.
• Experience using design-to-code tools (e.g., Same.dev) or AI-based development platforms (e.g., Lovable.dev) is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly and experiment with feature development through intuitive and creative workflows.
• A strong eye for design and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
