Position Overview:

We are seeking a Native iOS Developer (3-5 years of experience) for a contract position to build a powerful native iOS application that complements our existing web platform, MissionPeak.app. In this role, you will translate an already live, mobile-friendly web experience into a fully native app for iPhone, iPad, and MacOS devices. You’ll leverage Swift, SwiftUI, and established REST APIs to deliver a high-performance, feature-rich application. Your work will include integrating HealthKit for health data, MapKit for location-based features, and Apple Watch for wearable functionalities. The app should support offline usage with seamless syncing when the network is available, push notifications, and real-time geolocation tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the native iOS application from scratch, using the existing web UI as a reference for design and functionality.
• Implement user interfaces and features in Swift and SwiftUI, ensuring smooth performance on iOS and MacOS devices.
• Integrate Apple-specific technologies such as HealthKit, MapKit, and Apple Watch functionality.
• Consume and coordinate with existing REST APIs for data retrieval and updates, maintaining consistency with the web application.
• Ensure the app supports offline functionality, syncing data upon reconnection.
• Implement push notifications, real-time geolocation tracking, and ensure a responsive, reliable user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing, maintain high coding standards, address performance bottlenecks, and resolve bugs promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with iOS development trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance user engagement and experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in iOS development with strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Proven experience integrating apps with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with HealthKit, MapKit, and Apple Watch integrations.
• Capable of building interfaces and functionalities that work seamlessly across iPhone, iPad, and MacOS.
• Access to a personal MacBook with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) for development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UIKit and MapBox SDK.
• Past integration of payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe.
• Experience developing chat or messenger applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools.
• Background in apps related to outdoor activities, fitness, or health.
• Knowledge of the App Store deployment and release process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
