Intern QA Analyst

Overview

We are seeking an energetic individual to join our dynamic team as “Intern Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst”. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, API, and SQL testing. You will be responsible for ensuring our product meet the highest quality standards and deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual functional testing for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct thorough API testing and validate responses using tools like Postman.
• Write and execute SQL queries to verify data integrity and ensure correct back-end functionality.
• Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and report defects effectively.
• Analyze test results and identify, track, and report issues in a detailed manner.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and provide input on improvements.

Primary Skills Required :

• Proficiency in Manual Functional Testing.
• Experience with API Testing using tools like Postman.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing.
• Experience in test case creation and defect management.

Qualifications :

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• 0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
