Intern - Software Tester

Overview

• Responsibilities:
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in the creation of test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform regression testing on new software builds.
• Work with tools such as Jira, Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Ensure software meets functional and performance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving test strateg
• Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC.

• Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques.

• Knowledge of any programming language (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing procedures.
