Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Technical Project Manager who can act as a nexus between engineering, product design, and external stakeholders. This person will have a solid technical foundation, including full-stack engineering experience, and will embrace opportunities to remain hands-on in the codebase.

They will own planning and execution, ensure the right tasks are assigned to the right team members, prevent shortcuts, and maintain a laser focus on building a robust, enterprise-grade product. This role will also involve integrating complex external APIs, working closely with partners, and managing timelines and resources under pressure.

Strong product sensibilities, a passion for AI/LLMs, and readiness to step into broader product leadership responsibilities over time are all key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Sprint Management :

• Translate product requirements into well-defined sprints, user stories, and sub-tasks using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Assign tasks to team members (front-end, back-end, mobile developers) based on skill sets and workloads, ensuring realistic deadlines and efficient Oversight & Hands-On Involvement :
• Maintain a high-level architectural view to ensure robust and scalable solutions, avoiding quick fixes and subpar shortcuts.
• Spend 2-3 hours per week in the codebase (React/Node/AWS) to stay grounded in the product's technical aspects and to quickly address minor issues.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive testing, CI/CD integration, and code quality & Design Alignment :
• Work closely with Product Management and UX/UI Designers to clarify requirements, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising user experience or design integrity.
• Align engineering execution with strategic product goals, keeping a product-led Integration & Stakeholder Management :
• Manage relationships and technical integrations with external partners, resellers, and service providers.
• Oversee API integration projects (REST, SOAP, etc.), ensuring partners meet required technical standards and that integrations are completed on time and within scope.
• Communicate technical concepts to Account Executives, support pre-sales efforts, and join client calls as needed to illustrate technical feasibility and address & Resource Management :
• Identify potential risks (technical, operational, or resource-related) early and develop mitigation plans.
• Balance timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects within agreed constraints, adapting quickly to changes while keeping teams and LLM Initiatives :
• Demonstrate interest or experience in AI/LLMs, contributing ideas on how these technologies could be leveraged within the product roadmap.
• Stay current with AI trends and best practices, advising on opportunities to incorporate advanced models or AI-driven features into the Improvement & Leadership Growth :
• Facilitate regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to drive continuous improvement in processes and product quality.
• Nurture a culture of accountability, communication, and excellence within the team.
• Position yourself as a future product leader, expanding beyond project execution to influence product strategy and Skills & Qualifications :
• 2+ years in a Technical Project Management or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within scope.
• Strong technical foundation with at least 3+ years of experience in full-stack development (React, Node, AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience or a strong interest in AI/LLMs, and the ability to assess where AI can add value to the product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical
  
  

concepts for both internal and client-facing stakeholders.

• Product and design-oriented mindset, understanding the importance of user experience and product-market fit.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous Qualifications :
• Prior experience building complex Enterprise Grade products or working on SaaS products.
• Knowledge of SQL, MongoDb and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• A background that includes roles as a full-stack engineer or similar.
