Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, design and implement secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.
- Establish rigorous approval workflows and ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across any major cloud provider like AWS, Azure, and GCP (primarily AWS & Azure).
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to support high-scale and auto-scaling deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and ensure project success.
- Implement best practices in cloud security, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability.
- Strong understanding of Git workflows.
- Extensive expertise in DevSecOps Methodologies, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Lead efforts in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, including multi-cluster and hybrid deployments.
- Hands-on exposure with static application security testing (SAST) and dynamic application security testing (DAST) , container scanning, software composition analysis, IaC Scanning, etc.
- Expertise in deploying cloud technologies utilizing IaaS And PaaS components.
- Demonstrated Ability To Deliver Projects On Time And With Exceptional Quality, Prioritizing Efficiency And Efficacy.
- Advanced proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC and configuration management tools.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
- Understanding Of different types of Deployment Methodologies.
- Familiarity With Agile Development Methodology, With Preference Given To Exposure In The Scrum Process.
- Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
- Proven Problem-Solving Abilities And A Strategic Mindset, Capable Of Navigating Complex Challenges With Poise And Creativity.
- Commitment To Staying Updated On Emerging Technologies And Industry Trends, Driving Continuous Innovation And Improvement Within The Organization.
- Define and implement the organization's DevOps roadmap, aligning with business goals and evolving industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on exposure on Harness CI/CD is nice to have skill.
