Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead to join our team and drive the development of high-quality software solutions. As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of scalable .NET applications. You will mentor the team, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead to join our team and drive the development of high-quality software solutions. As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of scalable .NET applications. You will mentor the team, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET Core / .NET Framework applications.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD automation.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, cloud services (Azure/AWS), and DevOps practices.
- Enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and architectural principles.
- 5-9 years of experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Angular.
- Proficiency in Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with frontend technologies (Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with identity management (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT).
- Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure or AWS are a plus.
