Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Web Developer (React js) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in React development, leadership experience, and a passion for building scalable and high-quality web applications. This role requires expertise in modern frontend architectures, cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to execute complex projects effectively.

- Lead the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React.
- Architect and design complete web applications using modern tech stacks.
- Collaborate with backend teams and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Oversee and participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure effective CI/CD pipelines using tools like Concourse.
- Manage and optimize database interactions with MongoDB.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to enhance application performance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on React.
- 5+ years working in organizations with a demonstrated culture of engineering execution excellence.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and designing complete web applications.
- Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with MongoDB and database management systems.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Concourse.
- Proven ability to write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with additional frontend frameworks or libraries.
- Knowledge of backend technologies to support full-stack development.
- Experience working in agile environments and modern DevOps practices.
