- Understanding on technical and functional aspects of business.
- Responsible for application up time & incident management for defined IT applications.
- Have experience to deploy applications running under LINUX /Windows OS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.
- Must know shell scripting, dos batch commands.
- Hands on experience Apache Tomcat, IIS, JBOSS, Java script, PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle. AWS Cloud
- Co-ordinating with different teams to Identifying the root causes of incidents in order to prevent future recurrence
- Monitor applications & databases for system behavior and analyze performance, Errors / Alerts / Notifications, database connections / blocking processes & resolve issues.
- Responsible for deployment & movement of application code / bug fixes / data patches and release management in Production, SIT and UAT environments in coordination with vendors
- Deployment of software applications and tools.
- 6 to 7 years' experience in supporting production applications in a high-volume and critical environment.
- Hands on experience in the area of installation, configuration, monitoring and management of Applications & Databases in Linux & Windows.
