Role : The DevOps Engineer-2
Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

Role : The DevOps Engineer-2
- Stashfin Digital systems for highest level of reliability and performance.
- This individual is senior enough to be able to own certain parts of our infrastructure.
- He Contribute to monitoring improvements and actively participate in incident response.
- He collaborate with development teams, and support Infra and security best practices.
- He can automate infra structure pieces of his own with minimal help from the senior.
- He is good trouble shooter and can solve basic to advance platform-related issues.
Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Demonstrates expertise in crafting resilient and fault-tolerant architectures.
- Excels in automating workflows through well-crafted scripting solutions.
- Possesses understanding of recommended tooling and suggests improvements to critical architectural components.
- Capable of promptly handling critical P1 alerts in the infrastructure and mitigating them as a top priority.
- Independent in working on Infrastructure Projects with minimal assistance.

- Swiftly executes proof-of-concepts for new initiatives without hesitation.
- Takes the lead in implementing platform and reliability enhancements.
- Actively contributes to the development of automation tools.
- Collaborate with Stashfin engineers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders for defining, designing, and shipping new features and any technology issues and resolutions on priority, and provide them with regular updates through having an agreed communication plan that is conducive for the full duration of the project(s) to deliver on the business objectives.
- Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel to help achieve organisational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the Engineering function.
Minimum Qualifications/education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in related function
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Bash,- Python).
- Can write high quality of code at par with software engineers.
- In Depth knowledge on Linux essentials, Networking, Security and OS concepts
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Micro services Architecture
- Strong understanding of CICD with tools like with Jenkins,- GitLab CI,- or CircleCI,
- Azure Devops
- Strong hold with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus,- Grafana,- Datadog)
- Strong Communication and collaboration skills
- Strong understanding with cloud platforms (AWS,- Azure,- GCP) (desired for higher levels)
