We are looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to drive testing excellence within our team. In this role, you will not only ensure the quality of our integrations but also guide colleagues on best testing practices and strategies. Collaborating closely with our UK, US, and India-based Integrations Teams, you will play a key role in establishing effective test processes and becoming a trusted advisor in delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for data pipelines and ETL
• Knowledge of Jitterbit would be a distinct advantage.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Collaborate with data engineers to identify and resolve data quality issues and defects.
• Utilise Jira to address testing requests.
• Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Monitor data workflows and conduct performance testing to ensure optimal system performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and QA.
• Lead on testing best practices to build quality solutions.
• Advocate quality throughout the development process and make recommendations for improvements.
• Document testing processes, results, and discrepancies, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on data engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or relevant experience, with Microsoft certifications (achieved or in progress).
• Experience in automation testing, including writing automation frameworks and scripts.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, DevOps, GIT, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with cloud providers like Azure or AWS (preferably Azure).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL practices.
• Experience in microservices architecture, particularly Azure API Manager or Jitterbit.
• Expertise in API testing using Postman/Swagger.
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM technologies.
