Job Title: IAM Business Analyst with Sailpoint Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst with expertise in Sailpoint to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing identity and access management solutions using Sailpoint technology.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for IAM solutions
• Design and document IAM processes and workflows
• Configure and customize Sailpoint IdentityIQ platform to meet business needs
• Perform user access reviews and privilege management
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems
• Provide training and support for end users on IAM functionality
• Develop reports and dashboards to track IAM metrics and KPIs

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as an IAM Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ platform
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Sailpoint IdentityIQ is a plus
