Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced IIS & Database Administrator to join our Web Hosting team. This role focuses on managing and supporting web and database infrastructures, advancing them toward scalable, cloud-ready environments through automation. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Database Server environments and hands-on experience in IIS and database management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage IIS web servers, SQL Servers, and database infrastructure.
• Provide end-to-end platform administration for IIS and database servers (SQL Mirroring, Log Shipping).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues (Active Directory, DNS, GPO, MS SQL DB. MYSQL DB and Plesk).
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IIS, Plesk and database servers.
• Ensure platform stability, capacity monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of IIS infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve multi-layered issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve production environment issues.
• Maintain and enforce best practices for IIS and database configurations.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years of experience in web infrastructure and systems support.
• Expertise in IIS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of .NET, .Net core, PHP application support and SSL configuration.
• Experience with SQL Server (MSSQL/MySQL), IIS, and web application performance tuning.
• Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, and backup technologies.
• Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills (WinDBG, Debug Diag).
• Knowledge of networking protocols (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with load balancers (HAProxy, IIS ARR).
• Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  
  

Desirable Experience :

• Experience with traffic load balancing, IIS application, MYSQL, MSSQL database migrations, and monitoring.
