Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HRSD Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, process design, and requirements gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct and lead functional workshops to elicit and document business requirements for the HRSD module in ServiceNow.
- Process Design & Definition: Work with stakeholders to define and design optimized HR processes using the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Collaboration with Implementation Team: Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, working closely with developers, architects, and the implementation team to ensure accurate and timely solution delivery.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the application meets business requirements. Participate in UAT and facilitate end-user testing.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on HR Service Delivery.
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) is required.
- We need someone who can do requirements / run functional workshop.
- Work with implementation team in requirements detailing and define & design processes.
- Hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications.
- Excellent in English Communication.
